📍 SALES MANAGER (SALES TEAM LEADER)

📌 RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify potential clients and investors
  • Discuss property developments, real estate options and investment opportunities
  • Conduct property presentations, site tours, and promote the township
  • Assist clients with regular updates, address inquiries, and follow up queries and payment schedule,
  • Maintain strong client relationships to ensure client satisfaction and and long-term commitment

📌 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a sales team and sales agents
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Real estate background is required
  • Existing sales team or network is a plus

📍 INVESTMENT SPECIALIST

📌RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Find and engage potential clients and investors
  • Guide clients on real estate options and investment opportunities
  • Maintain strong client relationships from inquiry to after sales support
  • Conduct property presentations, site tours, and promote Sta. Barbara Heights Township
  • Assist walk-in and online client inquiries

📌QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completed at least 72 units in college
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales-driven and goal-oriented
  • Willing to be trained and learn
  • Willing to do field work and client presentations
