Job Description:
Investment Specialists are the clients’ trusted advisors as they take a step into the manifestations of their real estate dreams and aspirations. Investment Specialist, assists in marketing and promoting the project, Sta. Barbara Heights, to the target market through various marketing strategies and activities to achieve sales targets. They work in divisions along with fellow Investment Specialists to promote collaboration and teamwork in the field.

How will you Contribute?
- Identifies client needs and advises, as well as discusses, property developments, services, and opportunities to clients nurturing client relationships through constant communication and other marketing initiatives.
- Conducts company and project presentations to assist clients by providing correct and sufficient information to them relevant to the client’s needs and the project.
- Attends to walk-in clients by assisting and discussing project details to meet their needs and providing resolutions to their queries.
- Conducts property tours to clients.
- Provides client with information updates with regards to the project and act as the client’s primary point person with regards to the project.
- Answers and attends to clients’ inquiries.
- Follow up on client’s queries.
- Follow up on clients’ schedule of payment.
- Ensures good customer relationships.
